Seoul Forest Guesthouse description

Newly renovated in 2017, Seoul Forest Guesthouse is a 10-minute walk from Seoul Forest Park and 500 m from Exit 8 of Ttukseom Subway Station (Line 2). Free WiFi is available in all areas.

Each room here has air conditioning and chairs. A hair dryer and towels are provided in each room for guests' convenience.

There is a shared kitchen and a lounge area at the hostel and luggage storage service is provided.

From the guest house, Seoul Forest Subway Station (Bundang Line) is 450 m south. The popular Hongdae area is a 35-minute subway ride west while Gangnam area is a 30-minute subway ride south, both on Line 2. The nearest airport is Gimpo Airport, a 36-minute drive away, while Incheon International Airport is a 56-minute drive away.

1/Very near to SEOUL FOREST 2/to airport without climb stairs (Take line2 in Ttukseom ~ change line1 in City Hall ~ change Airport line in Seoul Station) 3/ around 30mins walk to E-mart where not many tourists 4/many restaurants and cafes nearby
1/Molded and no air exchange toilet 2/Yr feet will wet when opening the water hose 3/noisy when open and close the doors 4/my room was beside the toilet. I was waked up when someone took a bath late. 5/I saw a cockroach across the living room 6/empty snack package under the bed 7/smell not good (turbidity) both in room and living room

Room was cheap comparing to the prices in Seoul
Place was not clean. Bedsheets were not properly washed, bathroom was not clean and kitchen was just filthy. It’s located in the area where there aren’t many tourists so it’s hard to find restaurants with English menus. Apart from check in there was never anyone at reception.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes to Seoul Forest, a baeutiful park near to Han river, lots of restaurants and shops nearby and 5 minute walk to the subway. The staff is very nice and helpful.
There is only one bathroom for the entire floor (although you can use other in other floors). However with so many people using the bathroom it gets dirty fast and it wasn't cleaned everyday so at times it got really dirty, had no toilet paper, etc.
